For our department Crew Planning within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):
Crew Planning Officer (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Produce and update in the most efficient way the monthly crew rosters according to the current legal and internal regulations in force
- Be responsible for the scheduling and the update of all the training courses with the support of the Crew Training Officer
- Give support to Operations Control Center
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Cabin Services, Training departments and Fleet managers on all relevant matters
- Be the daily contact for all minor crew planning issues
- Occasionally give support to the Duty Travel Tasks and other Flight Ops Departments
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Be holder of a "Bac" or equivalent and proven experience in the area of activity
- Have a first experience in Flight Operations
- Show organizational skills
- Be familiar with standard office applications
- Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken andwritten)
- Be able to adapt and handle daily changes in accordance to deadlines
- Demonstrate independency and sense of initiative
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact within the team and with people at all levels
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
The ideal candidate:
- Have a first experience in planning
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
