Our client, a well-established investment firm with over 50 employees, is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen its corporate team. Based in the heart of Luxembourg City, the company offers excellent career growth opportunities, a collaborative work environment, and a strategic location with easy access by train.
Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :
- Prepare and review corporate documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Oversee bank account openings and maintain banking relationships.
- Organize board meetings and ensure all necessary documentation is in place (minutes, PoAs).
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate with lawyers, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including AML/KYC procedures.
- Maintain corporate records and manage filings.
Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer, preferably in alternative investment funds.
- Fluency in English is required; French or German is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
