The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing :
· Supervising, monitoring and guiding the operations in the terminal, in collaboration with the Handler
· Being the first point of contact for passengers at the terminal (Landside and Airside)
· Intervening in case of increased activity, abnormal operations or emergencies
· Directing passengers to the appropriate contacts
· Being the point of contact for all the actors in the terminal (Police, Customs, airlines, etc.)
· Monitoring and transmitting information on the operational status of the terminals
· Transmitting to the Info Desk instructions on the messages to be broadcast to passengers
· Transmitting complaints to the relevant departments
· Participating in the management of exceptional events and operational hazards
· Drawing up daily operating incident reports
· Organizing and establishing quality check
· Participating in the integration of new employees
Must-have requirements
What you will need :
Studies : Graduate degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience
Experience : 5 years in the airport industry
Languages :
· French : fluency in written and oral
· English : fluency in written and oral
