We are seeking a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join a reputable law firm in the center of Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing front-desk operations. 

Key Responsibilities :

As a receptionist, your tasks are :

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Call Management: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently; manage voicemail and respond to inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Document Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and ensure secure document distribution.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Help with invoicing.

Qualifications

As a receptionist, here are the qualification you should have :

  • Proven experience as a receptionist (at least 2 years), preferably in a law firm. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and help keep the office running smoothly. 
  • Fluent in English, French is a real plus and any additional languages are an advantage.
