IT Director

Our client, a large company based in Luxembourg, is looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee all of its IT activities. As a leader in its field, the company values innovation and operational excellence.

Your missions:

• Leading a diverse IT team, encouraging skill development, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensuring the protection of data and infrastructure against threats by developing and implementing robust security policies.
• Overseeing IT strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Optimizing and supervising the portfolio of applications to effectively support the company's business processes.
• Managing IT infrastructure, including data centers, network, and support services to ensure optimal performance.

Your profile:

• Higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in IT management, ideally in an international environment.
• Proven leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills.
• Proficiency in English and German; Luxembourgish and French are assets.
• Excellent understanding of IT security, governance, operations, and infrastructure issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and make real-time strategic decisions.
