To support our current growth, we are looking for a

 

 HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Erpeldange – sur -sûre

 

The HR Business Partner will oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role manages a large spectrum of activities and requires strong experience with administration, employee lifecycle based on labor law, recruitment and strategic support to line managers.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring time, attendance, absences, overtime and shift allowances
  • Managing and oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations…
  • Managing relationships with staffing agencies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to line managers for any labor law questions or any people management issues
  • Preparing and analysing HR data such as turnover, absenteeism and propose improvement plans
  • Define with line Managers/ employee training plan and organization of training courses

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar function in a demanding environment, industrial sector is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of labour law
  • Responsible with a problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English are a must. French and/or German is an asset
