You will:
Undertake the full responsibility of a project or a projects portfolio; organize around problem/opportunity, plan and remediate troubled projects, and ensure new initiatives are planned, launched and executed correctly
Cooperate with business users directly, assess current processes and systems and plan solutions that will allow users to do their work in a simpler and faster way
Work on IT Governance related matters, ensuring accurate projects portfolio monitoring, financial data management and cultivating good relationships with suppliers and partners

Project & task Management
* Define project scope and deliverables
* Coordinate the collection of detailed, to-the-point business requirements
* Perform a cost-benefit analysis for facilitating implementation decisions
* Identify all project stakeholders and draft a project organization chart
* Define required budget, including all required human and technical resources
* Ensure compatibility and consistency with existing architectural and enterprise standards
* Plan the execution of the project in a pragmatic and efficient way
* Manage the risks and identify mitigation actions
* Monitor that deliverables are being completed within the agreed timeframes
* Schedule regular monitoring meetings, document meeting minutes
* Prepare status reports, status summaries and dashboards for presentation to the steering committee
* Follow Project Management best practices, provide support and coaching to team members
* Assure that past regulatory compliance is not breached through new implementations

IT Governance
* Contribute in the definition of the Bank's IT strategy
* Define the annual IT Master Plan in cooperation with Business, incorporating any guidelines provided by IT's and Bank's Management
* Participate to regular IT Mater Plan reviews
* Ensure compliancy with Group Standards (Strategy, guidelines, procedures , policies, …) and with the laws and regulatory requirements
* Define and follows the procedures & methodology (Operating, development, support, etc.)
* Define roles and responsibilities, measure and report, and take actions to resolve any identified issues

Financial Management
* Manage spending (investments & expenses) in cooperation with the Accounting Department
* Define and review regularly the investments budget (e.g. projects, hardware, software)
* Define and review regularly the operating expenses budget (e.g. data lines, software maintenance)

Supplier Management
* Manage contractors / outsourcers for specific projects or tasks
* Apply procurement process for any purchases and supplier selection
* Manage IT contracts
* Receive and validate IT related invoices
Skills
* Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
* Good knowledge of banking products, systems and workflows
* Proven leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution
* Ability to work with intra-departmental teams with alternate experience and expertise
* Ability to foster collaboration and best practice exchange across projects
* Strong presentation skills (i.e. MS Power Point)
* Experience with task management and wiki-based documentation tools
* Experience in building complex reports based on KPIs
* Experience using spreadsheet tools (i.e. MS Excel)
* Ability to document complex topics concisely and comprehensible
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

Experience
* University bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics or similar/relevant area
* At least 10 years of experience in Project Management
* At least 5 years of experience in Banking environments
