POSTE
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a prestigious Family Office based in Luxembourg, for a Client Relationship Manager Assistant to strengthen their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international and high-standard environment within a structure specializing in wealth management and high-end financial services.
Your Responsibilities:
?? Provide administrative support and ensure the smooth management of an international client portfolio.
?? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service.
?? Coordinate communication with various stakeholders (banks, lawyers, notaries, financial partners).
?? Manage client onboarding and oversee administrative and regulatory formalities.
?? Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
?? Monitor transactions and assist in managing client accounts.
PROFIL
Your Profile:
? Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (family office, private banking, wealth management, financial services).
? Education: Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
? Languages: Fluent in English and French (any additional language is a plus).
? Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong client service skills.
? Personal Qualities: Discretion, proactivity, and a strong team spirit.
