Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking several experienced fund lawyers to join its Asset Management practice based in Amsterdam and Luxembourg.
The Role :
You will be advising top-tier clients in the alternative asset management sector on fund structuring, fund formation, and fund transactions across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, private debt, and real estate strategies.
The Asset Management Practice
With a team of over 35 professionals, the practice provides first-class expertise to alternative fund managers and institutional investors, advising on:
the set-up, structuring, and distribution of alternative investment funds (regulated and unregulated);
regulatory matters affecting asset managers and fund operations;
secondary fund transactions, including GP-led deals and fund restructurings;
investor-side representation, including due diligence and negotiations with fund sponsors.

PROFIL
Your Profile
You:
- have at least 3 years of relevant experience in alternative investment funds;
- are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- are a team player with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
- combine a pragmatic approach with strong technical, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
