POSTE
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the design and continuous optimization of user interfaces across their digital platforms. The selected consultant will ensure that all deliverables meet the latest EU accessibility standards while providing modern, intuitive, and user-focused experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface Design: Develop clean, intuitive, and responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with the client's brand identity and user journeys.
Accessibility Expertise: Apply certified knowledge of EU accessibility standards to deliver fully inclusive and compliant designs.
Prototyping & Design Systems: Work confidently with Figma to create prototypes, manage design systems, and collaborate effectively with development teams.
UX Improvements: Conduct regular design evaluations and recommend enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and overall performance.
Cross-team Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth, accurate implementation of design assets.
PROFIL
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer across web and mobile environments.
Certification or demonstrated expertise in EU accessibility standards.
Excellent command of Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Full professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
