Our client, a leading institution in the banking sector, is seeking a Senior .NET C# Developer to take ownership of critical software projects and mentor junior developers within the team. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the smooth delivery of innovative banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using .NET and C#.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Architect, implement, and optimize DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure that applications meet high standards of security, scalability, and performance.
PROFIL
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as a .NET C# Developer.
- Strong expertise in DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, automation, cloud/deployment tools).
- Solid knowledge of software architecture and system design.
- Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
