To reinforce our team, we are currently looking for a proactive and curious Officer.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR activities.
Your next challenge
- Key Contact: Serve as the primary contact for our employees, providing support and addressing concerns.
- Time Management: Monitor and manage time data and absences in line with our policies to ensure accuracy.
- System Updates: Perform daily updates to our systems to keep information current and precise.
- HR Ticketing: Manage queries in time to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Interact easily with employees, HR teams, and finance colleagues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Policy & Process Updates: Keep our processes, HR policies, and intranet pages updated to reflect the latest information and practices.
- Projects & HR systems: Participate in various projects and assist in HR systems upgrades where needed.
