Your Mission:
- Technical responsibility for product (incl. drawings) / for meeting customer requirements
- Participate in technical meetings with customer
- Establish design follow-up
- Prepare compliance matrix concerning technical requirements
- Justify technical decisions in front of customer
- Coordinate internal activities with process engineering
- Coordination with design team + validation team based on input data from customer / program manager
- Communicate input regarding market tendencies to “Innovation Engineering”
- Lead “Lessons Learned” / continuous improvement activities
- Lead redaction of design procedures / internal technical standards
- Organize internal design reviews
- Support during customer visits
- Prepare Product FMEA + support regarding Process FMEA + support regarding control plan
- Prepare Product BoM
- Support regarding mold definition + tracking
- Product Handling Recommendation
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Electromechanical engineering or in a similar field
- Fluency in French and English is essential, working knowledge in German is an asset
- Enthusiastic team player in a cross disciplinary environment, you also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
