Task Responsibilities:
- Accomplish work on aircraft, aircraft systems and accessories in accordance with the relevant aircraft technical manuals and instructions
- Carry out routine tasks/checks and rectify defects on the flight line and in the hangar
- Ensure work is carried out following aircraft manufacturer's procedures and maintenance practices
- Ensure duties are accomplished in accordance with EASA and Cargolux procedures and standards laid out in the Cargolux Maintenance Manual Exposition (MME)
- Signing off work using correct and approved documentation
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on aircraft mechanics
- Be holder of an EASA AML B1 and/or B2 license
- Experience in 747-400 aircraft maintenance or 747-8 aircraft maintenance will be considered as an advantage
- Between 1 and 3 years experience acquired in the field (after the apprenticeship/basic training)
- Being open-minded and relating comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Be fluent in English, other languages are considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in team as well as independently
- Have good, standard knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook
Working Conditions:
- Position based in Luxembourg
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
- The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
- The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment.

- Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365
- Possess a valid driving license
