Description
- You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of payments such as invoices, capital calls, drawdowns, and distributions.
- You will handle the opening and management of various bank accounts, including securities and custody accounts as needed.
- Your role will involve maintaining compliance with business processes and controls, with the opportunity to review and enhance procedures for better efficiency.
- Prepare both automated and custom cash flow reports to be shared internally and externally.
- Build and nurture relationships with banks and external parties both locally and internationally to ensure smooth pre and post-settlement verifications and prevent errors.
- Analyze settlement errors and suggest improvements to internal procedures when required.
- Collaborate with the legal team regarding pledges and guarantees on accounts.
- Perform cash reconciliation tasks and assist in tracking service fee expenses.
- Work with the tax teams on FATCA and CRS requirements when the need arises.
- Provide administrative support across various functions within the department.
Profile
- You are a well-organized individual with a keen eye for detail, able to perform under pressure while keeping the client at the center of your focus.
- You excel at delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must for this role, and fluency in French would be an added advantage.
- Your knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, will be crucial in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
