Description
- Assisting with company formations, capital increases and reductions, contributions, distribution of dividends, approval of annual accounts, approval of consolidated annual accounts, Lux GAAP and IFRS, merger, demerger, partial asset contributions, liquidations, restructuring, and corporate governance ;
- Acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients, organizing and participating in meetings and conference calls ;
- Managing a team of associates and assistants, and facilitating the sharing of knowledge within the team ;
- Providing in-house and external trainings, and contributing to legal publications ;
- Participating in business development activities.
Profile
- Holding a Master’s degree in law and at least 5 years of experience as Avocat/Avocat à la Cour in the mentioned practice areas in Luxembourg ;
- Open to embracing new technologies ;
- Pragmatic and rigorous, with the ability to prioritize workload and assist clients in decision-making ;
- Valued for dynamism, team spirit, and autonomy ;
- Fluent in English, with additional languages such as French and/or Luxembourgish and/or German considered an asset.
