- Our client is seeking a talented individual to assist, advise, and represent domestic and international clients on corporate and M&A transactions.
- In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate M&A partner, counsel, and associates as part of a collaborative team.
- You will have the opportunity to interact with members from other practice groups on cross-practice matters to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
- You will be responsible for participating in meetings and conference calls with our international clients, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively across different regions.
- Staying up-to-date with legal updates on corporate and M&A as well as corporate finance matters will also be a key part of your role.
Profile
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate and M&A within Luxembourg law firms, handling due diligence, asset and share deals, corporate transactions, and providing advisory services.
- Possessing prior experience in corporate finance practice areas would be beneficial for this role.
- Having a Master's degree in law or a related field is required, and an LL.M. from a renowned university in the UK or USA would be advantageous, although not mandatory.
- You must be a member of the Luxembourg bar or another European bar.
- Strong legal and analytical skills are essential for this position.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is crucial.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in teams and work independently is necessary.
