Your next challenge:
- Analyze and ensure the "end to end" processing of all types of corporate actions events affecting all types of securities (both equity and debt).
- Be part of a center of "corporate actions" expertise.
- Ensure the processing of customer queries and complaints in relation to all activities covered by "corporate actions" aiming to provide adequate and sustainable solutions keeping a strong client focus approach.
- Follow market evolution and regulations.
- Professionally manage and process all types of corporate actions events: mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory with choice, within the necessary "cut-off" times while maintaining a certain level of quality
- Gather and actively analyze all forms of corporate actions information received
- Accurately compose and communicate all types of corporate actions event notifications to our clients
- Deal and validate client instructions and standing order
- Process the timely booking of all corporate actions proceeds (cash/securities)
- Reconcile any discrepancies in due time
- Comply with controls and procedures in place
- Inform and report any incidents to the appropriate controllers
- Maintain contact with the Business Support Center, client account managers, custodians, other internals services and our subsidiaries in order to assist customers and handle/ follow up on queries
- Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our IT systems
- Keep up dated with any changes to market rules and regulations and communicate them to the team.
Your skills:
- Qualifications: BAC+4 or equivalent in experience.
- A few years' experience in securities and mainly Corporate Actions
- Languages: English and French (written and spoken) German is an advantage
- T24 system knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Private Equities will be considered as an advantage
- Swift knowledge (mainly MT56x)
- Be able to manage stress and a large work volume.
- Display excellent attention to detail and be dedicated to quality.
