By integrating this fiduciary, you will have the chance to collaborate with a team of around 30 people with whom you will have a close collaboration. Knowledge and skills are continually shared internally between colleagues, and as the Upper management is easily accessible, the collaborators feel supported and always have an answer to their questions.

Furthermore, as the fiduciary works with different types of clients, with a primary focus on financial clients (Soparfi, PE/RE, securitization..), you will never feel like stagnating. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Fiduciaire - PFS – Legal - PSF

• In the scope of your responsibilities as a Corporate Officer, you will manage your portfolio of clients from the constitution to the liquidation mainly consisting of financial clients (Soparfis, Holdings, Securitization Vehicles and so on).
• You will be named point of contact with your clients and other stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers, Luxembourgish administrations and banks.
• You will be in charge for the organization and preparation of board and shareholder meetings, the draft of minutes, opening of bank accounts, RCS/RBE filings, the approval of annual accounts and so on.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Fiduciaire - PFS – Legal - PSF

• We are searching for a Corporate Officer with at least 1,5 year of experience in a Corporate Officer position in Luxembourg, such as in a PFS, Fund Administrator or Fiduciary.
• You should have a good command in English (and at least intermediary in French) for this position. Any additional linguistic abilities will be considered as an advantage.
• You describe yourself as a curious person who is willing and eager to deepen their expertise in Corporate governance.

• An annual remuneration that could reach € 60 000 gross (depending on your competencies and level of experience) and a discretionary bonus (based on your overall performance) are part of the offered salary package. Meal vouchers will also be available at the end of your trial period.
