Position: Director of Human Resources / HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR administration matters to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance on HR-related issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to promote professional growth.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Luxembourg labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee development.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
