We have the great pleasure to recruit a candidate for this Deputy Director Legal position for one of our long-term partners, a human-sized fiduciary of 15 people in Luxembourg. The director is currently looking for a right-hand man or woman to ensure the fluid day-to-day operations.

The fiduciary cares about providing quality over quantity, which is why its development on the market has been organic. With its stable team in Luxembourg (composed of corporate officers, accountants, tax officers etcetera), you will benefit from all the advantages of a human-sized structure. This means that you will always feel listened to, decisions are taken quickly and you will not have the same organizational issues as in larger companies.

This structure provides a wide range of services for its financial clients from accountancy to legal and corporate administration. Its client base mainly consists of SOPARFI/Holdings, SPV and securitization vehicles. Its project is to soon become PFS, and also develop the investment funds in the years to come.

Lastly, you will become one of the key team members of this fiduciary and be able to share your experience with your own team, but also to participate in the fiduciary’s projects and help grow the structure. This structure has a presence in Luxembourg and abroad and was created over a decade ago, a period during which it has developed a very loyal client base.

Your Responsibilities | Deputy Director Legal – Legal – PSF – Fiduciaire - Corporate

• You will have mainly managerial responsibilities by leading the entirety of the team (made up of corporate officers and accountants) and making sure their daily well-being is ensured, but also that deadlines are respected and the clients are satisfied.
• You are in charge of coaching and supervising the team (mainly the corporate officers), by offering trainings or even to allocate certain tasks. You will of course also participate in the recruitment of future team members.
• Your experience allows you to actively participate in projects and even to participate in business development, by taking on first meetings with clients or proposing new services.
• You will also be involved in participating in projects within the fiduciary and its international group, by for example implementing and updating internal policies and procedures, reviewing the fee structure and taking on annual client risk assessments.
• You will work closely with the Director of the fiduciary and take on the day-to-day operations during his absence.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Deputy Director Legal – Legal – PSF – Fiduciaire - Corporate

• You have between 10 and 25 years of experience in the world of fiduciaries or PFS in Luxembourg.
• It is absolutely necessary to be fluent in French and in English for this position.
• You are highly experienced with managing a team and find a good balance between adapting your managerial style to each person, while also having natural authority.
• You feel fully comfortable with the corporate governance of SOPARFI/Holdings, SPV, PE/RE entities and ideally even securitization vehicles.
• You have a stable career path and are not looking to change opportunities every few years for example. Your career so far has reflected that.

• In line with your previous experience and profile, the fiduciary is willing to offer you an annual gross remuneration that could reach € 160 000 gross per year as it is important to value your experience and contribution to the project. You will also benefit from a generous annual bonus.
