                                                          CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER 

Our client is a company specializing in providing security and digital identity solutions. 


YOUR MISSIONS

Assist clients promptly and efficiently in resolving their issues.
Minimize repeated calls by addressing issues comprehensively.
Avoid transferring calls and redundant information requests.
Proactively anticipate and prevent future issues.
Provide suggestions for improving website support sections.
Manage client requests for certificates, revocations, suspensions, and reactivations.
Respond promptly and clearly to client inquiries.
Guide clients through administrative and technical procedures.
Assist in meeting Customer Service Department (CSD) KPIs.
Draft user-centric technical documentation
Collaborate constructively with application providers' help desks.
Propose joint client/CSD/help desk conference calls.
Assist in conducting acceptance test plans.
Ensure operational infrastructure remains stable.
Contribute to building an image of excellence and ease of doing business.

YOUR PROFILE


Demonstrates active listening skills.
Approaches challenges with a positive and constructive mindset.
Proficient in creating reports.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with all necessary administrative and technical procedures.
Fluent in four languages (French, English, Luxembourgish, German).
Additional advantage with knowledge of other languages such as Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, etc.
Basic knowledge in IT is advantageous.
