Your Responsibilities | Investment Funds – Associate Funds – Law Firm – AIF - Legal

• In your daily responsibilities, you will have to advise and answer your clients’ questions regarding their ongoing files, from the setup of their regulated and unregulated investment funds.
• With the support of your team, you will also be in charge of drafting needed documentation such as articles of association, LPAs and memoranda.
• Additionally, you will need to remain updated on the Luxembourgish legal framework by executing legal monitoring and sharing your results with your team.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Investment Funds – Associate Funds – Law Firm – AIF - Legal

• For this open vacancy, we are looking for a candidate with between 5 and 7 years of experience within a law firm in Luxembourg, more specifically in the investment fund department.
• You should have an excellent command of English. Any other languages will be considered an asset in your candidacy.
• A previous exposure to Alternative Investment Funds is required for this position.
• You are registered at the Bar of Luxembourg or another European jurisdiction.
• You describe yourself as an organized and curious person who is looking to expand their knowledge in the Fund Industry in Luxembourg.
