We are supporting an international law firm, which has been based in Luxembourg for a decade,in its search for its future Associate Corporate to join its skilled firm composed of 50 members.

You will be integrated to a structure that encourages knowledge sharing which will, as a result, contribute to your continuous learning. However, this also means that you will be given the chance to share your expertise with new joiners and to become an example to them in the Corporate/M&A field. The clear hierarchy in the firm, and the recognition that the Partners have towards their team members, will allow you to have an excellent evolution in the firm in the years to come.

You will be given the chance to assist and advise a prestigious client base as part of your duties, which will teach you rigor and how to efficiently communicate with clients, and to develop long-term relationships as a result. You will have the chance to be surrounded by lawyers with diverse specializations (e.g. Investment Funds, Tax, Banking and Finance) and therefore have interesting daily conversations with colleagues having different backgrounds.

Located in Gasperich, our partner supports its collaborators in having more balanced activities between their workday and personal projects, thanks to their flexible working hours, remote working solutions and even the opportunity to work from their satellite offices.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Lawyer – Luxembourg Bar – Law Firm – European Bar

• You will be in charge of advising your clients on Corporate Law and transactions (e.g. M&A, restructuring, refinancing) and assisting them throughout this entire step.
• You will draft legal documentation such as contracts, loan agreements, transactional documents and so on.
• As an Associate, you will be asked to participate to the integration of Junior Associates, and your managerial and review skills will amplify as you evolve in the firm.

• We are looking for candidates who have a previous experience in law firms in Luxembourg for at least 2 years. It is also necessary for you to be registered at the Luxembourgish Bar or another EU Bar.
• We are looking for (senior) associates who have a very good command of English and French, so you can have a good autonomy in your day-to-day missions and contacts with clients.
• Open-mindedness, communication and organizational skills are qualities requested by the law firm. They want their talents to identify to, and respect, their corporate values to ensure a healthy workplace.

• The offices’ location of the firm is ideal, whether you are a cross-border worker or a Luxembourgish resident as you will be close to train stations, bus stops and have free parking.
• On an employee status, this law firm is willing to offer you a salary that could reach an annual gross amount of € 90 000, depending on your prior experience. You will also be offered an annual bonus, in line with your investment and results of the year.
