We are currently assisting our partner, a local and human-sized law firm in Luxembourg, in its search for a Senior Associate Corporate. Join its human-sized team composed of less than 10 people and enter a work environment that enables relationship building and strong internal cohesion.

This vacancy is ideally intended for Lawyers looking to have a more comprehensive view of their clients’ business and provide clients with a highly personalized service. This includes challenging deliverables, brought by a prestigious client list. The law firm handles various matters, mainly surrounding Corporate Law and M&A. In this way, you will benefit from the two decade-long experience of the partners and deepen your capacities and expertise.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Law – Lawyer – Law Firm – Legal - Droit

• You will independently handle all legal proceedings relating to your clients, this includes cases with focus on Corporate Law, including mergers and acquisitions.
• You follow up on your clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on behalf of your clients.
• You maintain a close relationship with your clients and build relationships with potential new clients. This includes proactively offering advice and by anticipating the needs of their businesses.
• You carry out legal monitoring and remain up to date on the latest developments.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Law – Lawyer – Law Firm – Legal - Droit

• You possess between 4 and 10 years of experience as a lawyer in law firms in Luxembourg, and you are currently Avocat à la Cour. You have also specialized in Corporate Law/M&A.
• You are fluent in French and English, whereas any additional language will be considered an advantage.
• Your open-mindedness and agility allow you to work on different cases and be proactive.
• Your entrepreneurial and collaborative work ethic pushes your professionalism to the next level.

• Depending on your level of experience, you will be offered a yearly remuneration that could reach 120.000€ which will give you the possibility to invest in what makes you happy and enjoy personal time with family and friends.
