Solutions Administrator


As part of our Digital Innovation team within the IT department, we are looking to hire a Solutions Administrator.

The Solutions Administrator plays a key functional role in managing, optimising and supporting the business tools used by the firm, particularly those incorporating artificial intelligence, LegalTech technologies, Electronic Document Management systems (EDM) and collaborative tools. He/she is responsible for monitoring usage statistics, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and providing functional support to users.


Your responsibilities


Functional management of business tools (50%)

  • Configure LegalTech and AI-based solutions, such as document automation software, AI-assisted legal analysis and workflow automation platforms.
  • Supervise and ensure the functional management of tools that promote remote collaboration, secure document exchange and information sharing.
  • Manage and optimise EDM solutions.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of tools and their alignment with the firm's business needs.
  • Contribute to the integration of new tools or modules, ensuring their interoperability with existing systems.


Monitoring usage statistics and continuous improvement (25%)

  • Collect usage data for business tools, including collaborative platforms, EDM platforms, LegalTech and AI.
  • Produce monthly dashboards and reports on KPIs related to the use of business solutions.
  • Identify usage trends and suggest areas for improvement to maximise the effectiveness of the tools.


Functional support (25%)

  • Provide functional support to users for all business tools, including EDM platforms, LegalTech, AI and collaborative platforms via the ticketing system.
  • Assist the Training team in creating user guides, tutorials and FAQs to facilitate the adoption of technologies by end users.


Your Profile


Required skills:

  • Good understanding of business tools (EDM, collaborative tools, LegalTech and AI).
  • Skills in PowerApps, particularly PowerAutomate
  • Strong analytical and summarising skills, particularly for evaluating the effectiveness of solutions and proposing adjustments.
  • Autonomy, rigour and proactivity in managing tools and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Qualifications:

  • Academic study in IT or experience in a similar field.
  • Previous experience in a law firm (ideally) or in the financial sector.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
