Our client, an international investment management company, is looking for its future Administrative Assistant. Specialising in the acquisition and management of investments in several key sectors such as energy, technology, healthcare and telecommunications, our client offers a friendly working environment with a flexible hierarchy and working relationships based on trust and collaboration. The position is based in Strassen, easily accessible by car or public transport, with fixed working hours: 9am-6pm. This is an interim contract.

Responsibilities:


  • Receive and distribute incoming mail within the office.
  • Manage supply and material orders for the team.
  • Track shipments and deliveries via DHL.
  • Organize travel arrangements for team members.
  • Update and manage emails, and prepare handover with a colleague currently on leave.
  • Provide general administrative support to colleagues, with flexibility to assist with various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate with the other two team members to ensure smooth operational workflow.


Profile:


  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English; French is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resourceful personality, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Flexibility and professionalism in an environment where everyone plays a vital role.
