Full Stack .NET Developer

For the Senior Full Stack Software Engineer position, we expect you to:

• Implement and develop functional and technical requirements, as designed in technical documentation specification and coding standards
• Deliver highest quality software by creating unit test plan and testing code thoroughly
• Improve and develop existing and new features
• Work on solving scalability and performance problems
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Review, test and debug team members’ code
• Participate in creation of the documentation of the deliverables of the project
• Drive detailed definition of feature requirements through discussions with product managers and customers
• Advice the customer in software architecture and design principles
• Ensure the smooth communication with the customers (via email or personal meetings)
• Know the business rules and concepts, software specifications and designs provided by the technical lead and apply them in completing the assigned task
• Report to a technical lead

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
• 8+ years experience in full stack development using .NET technologies (C#, , MVC, Web API)
• Very good knowledge in Angular framework for front-end development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and Design Patterns
• Proven and solid experience and understanding of RESTful AIs and SOAP based Web Services
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and related web technologies
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
• Experience in Microservices design patterns and architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of French would be considered as asset
