For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an: General Secretariat - Administrative Assistant (M/F)
The Administrative Assistant will provide the full range of secretarial and administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day work for the Department.
Responsibilities
- Assist HoD & team
- Follow up of contractual documents for the Partnership agreements (non-paid consultancies)
- Compilation of information on CESEE Bank Lending Survey (under Matteo Ferrazzi’s supervision)
- Email management and taking minutes in meetings for EIBIS (Investment Survey) data access
- Administrative assistance on the set up of the remote interface Wallix
- Email management and keeping track for the Working Paper Series
- Allocation of requests related to Serapis Country allocations for ECON
- Support to data licence processing (under Robert Schmitz’s supervision)
Academic qualifications and professional skills
- Certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration);
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Excellent command of written and oral English and French. Good knowledge of another EU language would be an advantage.

This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.
Salary ranges between 3,700€ and 4,200€ gross per month, depending on experience.
