What will you be doing?
You will closely work together with your clients and strive for strong client relationships, because that is what drives you. You like to analyze your clients’ business requirements and translate specific needs into a functional blueprint that will be turned into a technical architecture/solution by your technical colleagues.
In your role as M365 engineer, you will be assisting our customers and help them become successful with variety of products and solutions built on M365 technologies. You are guaranteed to have a varied role! Our projects revolve around diverse topics like collaboration, LOB integrations, artificial intelligence and BOTs, to name a few.
Just so you know: we expect you to be able to get to the delaware Luxemburg office in 1 hour, as you will often collaborate with your team there, apart from your on-site work with our customers.
Is there a match?
Let’s see. If you…
- You have a proven experience with M365. You are no stranger to hybrid scenarios with Office 365. You have a thorough knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory, PowerShell, Exchange Server and email security. Experience with MS Intune / Endpoint manager, Teams Direct Routing or Teams Room Systems is an advantage.
- You are passionate and eager to learn, and you want to improve your skills in these technologies.
- You regard customer support as a challenge rather than a necessary evil. You can get satisfaction from troubleshooting and solving complex issues of demanding customers.
- We are one team, but if needed you can also deliver on your own.
- You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in written language.
