Task Responsibilities:
Maintaining and monitoring application servers and infrastructure in the cloud
Responsible of 2nd and 3rd level support for various IT services and follow the guidelines defined by the technology and Cybersecurity department
This will include the day-to-day operations but also the patching for the vulnerability management
Deploy, configure and support applications and systems for customers. Including but not limited to:
Test, support and release documentation
Deployment of the applications
Application updates and supervision
Communications
Involved into preparation of environments for customers from project phase to go live with post go live support
Management of Citrix Virtual Desktop environment would be a strong asset
Day to day operations in Microsoft365 admin environment
Ensure 24/7 support of business-critical system by integrating the on call escalation team on a rotation scheme for Cargolux and for customers
Essential Requirements For The Position:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server from 2016 to 2025 is required
Concepts of On-prem Active Directory and Azure Entra ID should be well understood
Practice in container management for user profiles is considered as a plus
PowerShell scripting skills are welcome for automation, large scale support and efficient implementations
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (To support 1st level support teams in case of complex problem) is appreciated
Extensive expertise in Citrix XenApp 7 and VDA 1912 LTSR and later through Citrix DAAS is a strong asset
Ability to work collaboratively with the engineering teams to drive architectural changes and improve stability of environments
Motivated, agile, good team spirit, strong communications skills and good contact with people
Familiar with ITIL processes
Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken & written); additional languages are an added value
Experience in leading end-to-end project lifecycles.
Working Conditions:
Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg
Work from home is possible under specific conditions
The candidate will work in a agile, friendly, young and dynamic team
Normal office hours are to be expected, with occasional work outside these hours to perform tasks (planned or unplanned) on the environment
The position holder might have to be on stand-by outside the normal office hours and weekends in case of incidents
It is expected that during critical incidents the candidate can commit to resolve the incident to the end if required
Valid driving license for cars
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be requested in case of positive selection
