CTG IT Solutions, an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions, is currently seeking a skilled Business & Functional Analyst to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg. Your missions

  • Collect and prioritize business requirements together with the business owner for the digitalization and streamlining of disbursement processes
  • Design the target IT solutions for the integration of the new processes in the existing IT landscape (including Pega application) 
  • Define product backlog items/user story writing 
  • Act as liaison between business and the different IT teams involved in the project
  • Provide support during development, testing and to end users

 

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst
  • Experience with requirements definition in agile projects
  • Good collaboration skills with distributed, multi-cultural teams
  • Experience with Pega considered a plus
  • Experience in banking environment considered a plus
