Communication Officer (m/f/d) - Permanent contract / Internship / Traineeship
Contract:
- Permanent contract
- Internship / Traineeship (approved by a school) lasting at least 6 months
Starting date: ASAP
Internship / Traineeship salary: €800 - €1,200 / month
Permanent contract salary: €40K - €50K / year
Your role will consist of supporting the team with the promotion of job offers and events on our different communication channels, while developing the "Moovijob.com" brand.
Main missions:
- Community Management: creating and publishing posts on Moovijob.com's social networks (on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), community management (replying to messages and comments) and participating in the creation of a communication plan.
- Writing articles: career and job search, Luxembourg's news, events, professions, salaries, human resources...
- Press relations and cooperations: participation in the cooperation management and the editing of press releases.
- Email campaigns: providing support for the creation of emailings and newsletters.
- KPI: Analysis of the results of our various communication campaigns.
- Promotion of job advertisements: highlighting job offers on Moovijob.com in cooperation with the sourcing team.
- Event management: providing support for the communication and organisation of recruiting events.
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled or graduated with a Bachelor's or a Master's in Marketing/Communication, Events, or equivalent.
- You are creative, dynamic, proactive, and you have a communicative personality.
- You show flexibility and quality awareness in your work. You are a team player, but you also know how to work independently.
- You have a C2 level in French and at least a C1 level in English and German. Any other language skills are a plus.
