Greenfield is pleased to represent, for a new mandate, one of his clients: an independent European firm specializing in credit fund management, committed to assisting small and mid-cap corporate entities through the provision of credit solutions and long-term liquidity.


As a result of their continual growth in Luxembourg, they are seeking for a dedicated professional ready to take on a new and broad challenge as a Loan Administrator.


You will play a pivotal role in a nice and dynamic finance team. Thanks to their supportive working environment, you will take your career in the alternative funds industry to the next level.


The mandate:


  • Evaluate, revise, and verify interests/revenues generated from the portfolio.
  • Ensure the reconciliation of assets, covering cash, interests, and paydown.
  • Execute, track, and keep the internal Loan Management System up to date.
  • Supervise portfolios managed by external service providers and ensure reconciliation
  • Manage the loan process and generate pertinent reports, particularly focusing on reviewing notices and rollover agreements.
  • Develop and maintain loan/admin worksheets for diverse funds/investment vehicles, assisting with the closing process.
  • Maintain communication with custodians and aid in audit confirmations.
  • Acquire necessary loan documents such as tax compliance documentation
  • Participate in and provide support for spontaneous projects with dedicated teams, including Trade Closing, Accounting and Portfolio Management teams.


The profile:


  • Master’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory-reconciliation role, preferably in Asset Management or Banking, or any relevant experience in fund administration, depositary, or fund accounting.
  • Additional experience in Loan (Corporate, Distressed, Syndicated, etc) is considered a valuable asset.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English - proficiency in another European language is beneficial.
  • Teamwork mindset, organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
