IT Security & Risk Officer
Based in our Hamm Office
As an IT Security & Risk Officer, you are responsible for implementing, overseeing security and risk activities as well as analyzing responses to threats for Arendt Digital Services in a multi-tenant shared services center environment.
Your role:
- Identifying vulnerabilities in our current IT landscape;
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our environment;
- Review and define security and risk policies;
- Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats;
- Performing penetration tests to find any flaws;
- Collaborating with management to improve security;
- Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage;
- Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security;
- Manage security infrastructure components (On premise / Cloud);
- Define guidelines and control their implementations;
- Document security operating processes;
- Provide internal ICT Risk services;
- Help design and implement automated 1st Line of Defense, collaborate closely with 2nd Line of defense;
- Build a robust IT Risk Management framework;
- Feed KPIs/KRIs and data points to relevant governances;
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Information Officer;
- Collaborate with the Group Information Security team where relevant.
Technical skills:
- Firewall solutions;
- Web Application Firewall;
- Vulnerability management;
- Endpoint security solutions;
- Threat Intelligence and Analysis;
- DORA, ISO27001 and PSF requirements;
- Knowledge of cloud environments and/or shared services center is an asset.
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor degree or a Master degree in business informatics, information/security systems or related field;
- You have a sound experience (advisory included) in IT security with a successful experience as ITSO or CISO;
- You have solid IT knowledge;
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- You have problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
- You are organized, proactive and customer-oriented;
- You are recognized as a team player and able to work autonomously;
- You have a perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written.
