Waagner-Biro Luxembourg Stage Systems S.A. is part of the Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Group, one of the world's largest suppliers of stage technology, with headquarters in Austria. As one of the global market leaders, the company develops and installs stage technology systems for opera houses, theatres, music halls, multi-purpose halls, and cruise ships. The main focus at the Luxembourg location in Rodange and Bascharage is developing the safety-related control system for the stage machinery "Computer-Aided Theatre" (Câ‹…Aâ‹…T), which uses state-of-the-art technology to control the upper stage and lower stage machinery in more than 300 venues worldwide.

TASK DESCRIPTIONÂ
The HR Assistantat Waagner-Biro Luxembourg Stage Systems will work on the following tasks:
- Manage employee administration from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data in SAP.
- Monitor absences, sick leave, holidays.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and HR documents.
- HR Officer (Contracts, amendments, onboarding/offboarding, certificates, SAP master data, daily queries).
- Coordinate administrative formalities related to employees’ business travel (so called “detachement”).
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate follow-up and interview coordination.
- Participation in recruitment fairs.
- Recruitment Coordinator (Job postings, interview scheduling, recruitment fairs, candidate tracking).
- Support employees and managers with training requests and coordinate the administrative follow-up of training activities.
- Prepare and provide payroll-related information and variable payroll data.
- Payroll & Time Management Specialist (Tracking sick leave, vacation, absences; compiling variable payroll inputs)
- Respond to employees’ day-to-day HR and administrative queries.
- Support the HR team with various HR activities and projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, labor regulations and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Global Mobility Specialist / HR Compliance Officer (A1 / détachement formalities, labor law, ISO 9001/14001/45001 procedures)
- Training Coordinator (Tracking training requests, administrative follow-up, co-funding/compliance tracking).

OUR REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, master’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR administration, or a similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processes for Luxembourg.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HR systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Rigorous, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluent in English and French. German is an advantage.

NICE TO HAVEÂ Â
- Experience with Odoo and with SAP is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in HR Generalist, recruitment or payroll administration in an international and EU member stateis an advantage.
- Any other languages.

SALARY RANGE
The salary we offer will be between 3.000 EUR and 4.000 EUR / month, depending on the experience.Â
