Your mission:


You will:


  • Partner with managers to ensure programs are in place to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Oversee performance management, career and succession planning, employees mentoring and coaching.
  • Interpret and provide reports on workforce analytics to develop solutions that address gaps and suggest actions in order to increase effectiveness
  • Bring your expertise in the development and organisation of training programmes
  • Collaborate with managers to set successful strategic recruitment cycles
  • Ensure that all onboarding and staff management processes are being followed
  • Contribute to the optimisation of the HR processes


Your profile:

  • Full understanding of HR best practices
  • highly developed analytical skills and are goal oriented

  • fluent written and spoken English and French, German is an asset
