Your role
You are responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of network and security services, ensuring they meet organizational needs, comply with security standards, and provide reliable and secure infrastructure for business operations.
- Take full ownership of the service, manage projects and backlog of the service.
- Act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery, performance, and lifecycle of the service
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand requirements, align priorities, and deliver value
- Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the service meets or exceeds expectations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, addressing incidents, changes, and requests while prioritizing service improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance the quality, reliability, and efficiency of the service, leveraging user feedback and analytics
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues that could impact service delivery or performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and development, to deliver and improve services
- Align the service roadmap with the organization's business strategy and objectives
Your profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of technical experience in Network & security
- Proven experience in a service ownership or IT service management role
- Exceptional organizational and task management skills
- Good technical knowledge in Network & Security; e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, F5, Palo Alto
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Familiarity with service management tools; e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA
- Ability to define, measure, and report on KPIs and SLAs
- Fluent in English and French
