YOUR ROLE

• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management. Integrate IAM systems with existing security infrastructure and enterprise applications;
• Administration and Maintenance: Manage and maintain IAM systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. Monitor and troubleshoot IAM system issues and perform regular updates and patches;
• Access Management: Define and enforce access policies and procedures. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
• Security and Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in security assessments and audits, providing evidence and documentation as needed;
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs. Provide guidance and training to IT staff and end-users on IAM policies and procedures;
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IAM technologies and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes and enhance the security posture of the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IAM or a related IT security role;
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk;
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA), directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions;
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline IAM processes;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIAM is an asset.
