YOUR ROLE
As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of Sogeti/Capgemini brands in Luxembourg. You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives across business lines and work closely with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, foster employee engagement, and strengthen client relationships. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will take ownership of specific marketing activities while collaborating with others to support the growth of both brands and achieve strategic goals.
Lead generation
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the Cloud Infrastructure Service (CIS) & Sogeti business offerings in Luxembourg.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and create tailored content, campaigns, and events that support business growth.
- Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives, monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
Content Creation & Promotion
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital marketing materials (social media, websites, client communications).
- Assist with content distribution through email automation tools, ensuring efficient delivery to target audiences.
- Support the promotion of the employee advocacy program to amplify content reach and engagement.
Event Management & Leads Management
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for client events and conferences.
- Assist with pre-event and post-event communications across various platforms.
- Support lead generation efforts and track campaign/event performance using CRM tools.
Internal & Employee Engagement
- Support internal communication initiatives, including managing the intranet.
- Organize and coordinate internal events and CSR activities to foster employee engagement.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with processing invoices for marketing department budgets.
- Help create and manage branded materials and promotional items for both internal and external initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business (internships included).
- Proficient in email automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Skilled in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (German is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and creative with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
