POSTE

The HR Senior Operational Assistant will provide a range of administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day work for the Talent Acquisition Unit, Talent Acquisition & Strategy Division of the HR Directorate

The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Unit and is working in close cooperation with all the Division members. The team consists of 15 colleagues and is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and internal mobility process Bank-wide.

This is a full-time temporary position, to start asap.

Responsibilities

- Support the team in executing activities linked to the administration of recruitment and mobility topics, ensuring a positive experience for the external and internal candidates who participate in recruitment campaigns, and especially:

- Set-up panel meetings and interviews, arranging the logistics of interviews and tests in coordination with the recruiter and the panel members,

- Prepare internal mobility and hiring related documents,

- Maintain the HR system databases ensuring timely and accurate input

- Implement structural reorganisations in the HR system

- Interact with internal and external clients and providers to provide the relevant information and follow-up on files

- Cooperate and back-up other assistants in the team to ensure business continuity.

PROFIL

Academic qualifications and professional skills

- Certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration)

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an assistant function, including experience in HR operations is an advantage

- Strong knowledge and experience with Excel and thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)

- Good knowledge of additional software applications used by the EIB is an asset (e.g. PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Business Objects, GED), experience with Oracle cloud HCM is an asset

- Excellent command of written and oral English. French is a strong asset. Good knowledge of another EU language would be an advantage.

This is an opportunity for a long-term temporary contract (initial contract of 2-month + several extensions)

Salary: level 2 or level 3, depending on years of experience (either 4350EUR or 5100EUR gross/month)
