Mission
For one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg City, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an immediate start for a
Human Resources Business Partner – Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Workforce Analytics (M/F)
Main accountabilities
Prepare the monthly payroll data to be processed by the external payroll provider and control the payslips accuracy
Be the employee’s reference for any question on salary, legal and impact implications
Report to Finance payroll data
Design, implement and then daily manage comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and engage employees
Conduct analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure salary structures and benefits remain competitive
Lead workforce analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights on employee performance, turnover, and productivity
Provide insights on HR budgets, cost efficiency, and workforce trends to inform decision-making (through one off analysis or recurrent reporting)
Manage Company car fleet
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding compensation and workforce practices
Support workforce planning by identifying talent needs and creating strategies for resource allocation
Collaborate with HR teams and leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that align with business needs
Profil
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll, Comp & Ben and workforce analytics
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance related to compensation and benefits
Financial Industry knowledge is a must, specific re-insurance or insurance knowledge a considerable asset
Expertise in payroll, workforce planning, data analysis, and HR metrics
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset (especially French)
This is a great opportunity to start immediately on a tempory contract leading to CDI - or CDI directly.
Salary: 80-85K Gross/year
