Mission

For a 12-month interim temp assignment, our client an International Bank located in Kirchberg is currently looking for an :

AML/KYC Analyst - Portuguese speaker

Job Purpose

You'll ensure that the Bank's clients are successfully on boarded as required by internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory norms.

The KYC AML Analyst also helps the Credit Manager to prepare the fast-track approval credit form and is responsible to formalize the Minutes of Credit Commission events.

Duties

• Manage the inflow of request and prioritize KYC Client onboarding;

• Ability to dealing with by-laws focused on verify the ultimate beneficial owners as well as relevant individual persons that control the company;

• Identify and request missing documents to the client;

• Follow up on any delays and deficiency on KYC docs;

• Perform quality checks to ensure that defined guideline is adhered;

• Performance KYC reviews according procedures;

• Ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed of the progress, challenges, and escalating issues where appropriate;

• Perform quality checks to ensure that defined guidelines are complying;

• Ability to deal with daily basis report issued by core-system;

• Remain updated with Regulation and Industry Knowledge;

• Must be able to multi task effectively;

• Proactive person to assistance RM.

Profil

Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

• Qualifications: At least a bachelor’s degree. This degree should be in a field, such as finance, accounting, or business.

• Language: Portuguese and English.
