Intern / Trainee Recruitment (f/m/d) – 2026/2027
Contract: internship (agreement required); full-time or part-time: ideally 4 days in the company / 1 day in school
Start date: September 2026
Duration: 6 to 12 months (extendable)
Your role will be to assist the team in the day-to-day running of the Sourcing department, including website management, candidate acquisition and the organisation of recruitment events.
Main tasks:
- Management of the website Moovijob.com: daily administration of the website (publishing, archiving, editing job ads).
- Sourcing: identifying potential candidates for vacancies on Moovijob.com or for our events.
- Event management: communication with recruiters during the preparation of our events; communication with candidates.
- Campus management: communication with contacts at schools and universities in English, German or French.
- Continuous improvement of the Moovijob.com website and internal processes.
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled with a Bachelor or a Master in HR / Event Management / Recruitment;
- You have a strong interest in the field of HR;
- You are curious, dynamic and proactive;
- You are fluent in French (C2 or mother tongue). You have a good command of English and/or German (B1 to C2). Luxembourgish is considered an advantage;
- A first experience is a plus.
