As Senior Business Development Manager, you develop and manage client relationships in designated countries. Position based in Luxembourg.

As Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Monitor financial markets to identify business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage clients.
- Travel frequently to expand your client portfolio (Central Europe).
- Organize and participate in client events and activities.
Profile
Your profile as Senior Business Development Manager:
- Minimum of 10 years in business development with a robust network.
- Deep knowledge of private client and financial intermediary services.
- Strong academic background.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and creative skills.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Luxembourgish or Dutch are advantageous.
- Client-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
