Client Description:

Manpower Luxembourg looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our client PIFA division. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for administration, this position is for you!

Job Description:

The Assistant provide administrative assistance alongside the current assistant in place to support the PIFA division as required:

• assisting with preparation, finalisation and distribution of documents, including letters, notes, NDA, briefing and ppt presentations;

• performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the emails and requests received;

• calendar management and organisation of internal and external meetings or events, including online meetings (sending invitations, attendance tracking, room booking, dispatching of relevant documents and material);

• responding appropriately to data/information requests from the AS Director, MC, VPs’ offices and other governing bodies;

• working in the organisation of the EPEC annual meeting (updating the EPEC Members contacts database, taking care of logistics, invitations, communication with members, EPEC website updates).




 

Candidate Profile:

• Secondary level education, complemented with, at least, a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration);

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, including planning and organisation of events, proof-reading/editing (in English), website coordination/management and more general administrative duties;

• Good knowledge of the standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint);

• Good Excel skills (ability manage/manipulate data provided in pivot tables, etc.);

• Excellent knowledge of English is essential, good knowledge of French(*) and/or other EU languages would be an advantage.
