The ManpowerGroup cabinet is recruiting for one of its clients, specialized in finance inclusive, a Communications officer (M/F/X ) - Permanent to join the communication team and be involved in the new projects of the structure.
Status: Permanent contract based in Luxembourg with occasional foreign travel (Africa, Asia …).
Your main responsibilities :
As part of the communication team and reporting to the Head of the Communication & Public Relations Unit, you will:
Produce content (news, press releases, interviews, activity reports, newsletters, project sheets...).
Occasionally travel to the field to gather information and effectively document projects in order to valorize them.
Develop a communication that reflects the values, projects, and impact of the company.
Ensure the currency of website content.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate smoothly, taking into account various parameters.
Occasionally travel to the field to gather information and document projects effectively.
Get involved in organizing occasional large-scale events internationally.
Your profile :
A bachelor's degree in journalism or communications or relevant experience in this field.
Between 2 to 7 years' experience ideally in an NGO.
Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills in both French and English.
Proficiency in English, French, and ideally Spanish.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
Ability to leverage information from project leaders on-site (International travel may be required).
Adaptability to different tones and styles suitable for global audiences.
Interest in development issues.
A keen focus on customizing content to suit specific target audiences.
Comfortable collaborating within a team to develop, refine, and explore innovative communication methods.
Confidence in effectively managing communities (LinkedIn, Twitter ...).
