Your responsibilities:
A Business Analyst provides analysis of the existing processes and data requirements to drive continuous improvement of the University processes and procedures by leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow® platform.
The Business Analyst(s) shall:
- Interview stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies, and priorities.
- Design business processes applicable for each solution.
- Design the workflows associated with business processes.
- Draft requirements specifications and develop user stories.
- Support the development team in story refinement and story-pointing.
- Draft test plans.
- Facilitate prototyping.
- Conduct demos.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
You profile:
The Business Analyst(s) shall have the following experience and skills:
- Senior profile: More than seven (7) years of experience in the field of business analysis, of which at least four (4) years in delivering ServiceNow® solutions, including at least two (2) years in the higher education and research sector.
- Medium profile: More than five (5) years of experience in the field of business analysis, of which at least two (2) years in delivering ServiceNow® solutions, including at least one (1) year of experience in the higher education and research sector.
- More than three (3) years of hands-on experience with modelling and prototyping tools.
- Extensive experience in agile solution delivery.
- Extensive experience with modern work management and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and process modelling tools.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP.
- Experience with IT service management.
- Bonus: a certification by an internationally recognized professional body, such as the Agile Analysis (IIBA-AAC)®, Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP)®, or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®.
- Bonus: a certification in IT service management, such as ITIL® Foundation or Managing Professional.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French.
- Good command of German and Luxembourgish is an asset.
