Our job opportunity
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and draft correspondence
Controling the content and quality of documents
Managing telephone calls, diaries and contacts
Monitoring the management of customer contracts
Organizing and controling office management
Being responsible for the physical reception of visitors
Preparing meetings and presentations
Managing filing and archiving
Standing in for other assistants as regards management of the Management agenda, and physical and telephone reception of their contacts.

Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience

Experience
3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
Nice-to-have:
SAP
*Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
German: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
