Production Digitalisation Coordinator

Our client is a leading international manufacturer of specialised trailers and transport solutions for heavy haulage and exceptional freight.

As Production Digitalisation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key activities:

Your responsibilities

• You will lead the coordination and implementation of process optimisation projects, focusing on automation and digitalisation to enhance production workflows.
• You will conduct detailed analyses and developments, driving sustainable improvements throughout the production process.
• You will design and refine lean value chains that support efficient throughput and operational excellence.
• You will implement systems for automated data collection and ensure the accurate flow of information across departments.
• You will organise efficient data and information processing systems, including visualisations that support data-driven decisions.
• Your active participation in digital transformation initiatives (Industry 4.0) will contribute to improved customer value and competitive advantage.
• You will apply LEAN methodologies to elevate both quality and process efficiency.
• You will establish close collaboration with teams in production, planning, IT and other operational areas to ensure alignment and success of digital projects.
• You will take ownership of establishing an intelligent production control system that optimises operations and supports strategic objectives.

As Production Digitalisation Coordinator, your profile is described as follows:

• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management & Business Analytics or Computer Science.
• You demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and modern production environments.
• Prior exposure to LEAN management methods and process optimisation within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• You are a motivated team player with a structured, analytical and independent work style.
• You communicate effectively and possess very good language skills in German or French and English.
